day of the sunken sun / portal

A naturally formed depression in a large grey stone which forms part of a crumbling sea wall. The stone hollow is filled with water which reflects an overhead 'sunken' sun, or perhaps a portal to unknown depths. Orange lichen is peppered around the edge of the stone and the flowing water of the Forth estuary is visible in the background.
